Track your order
Every order ships from the USA. Here is how to follow yours from checkout to your door.
1. Your confirmation email
The moment your payment goes through, we email you a receipt with your full order and your order number. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Your USPS tracking
We pack and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. When your order leaves our hands, you get a second email with a USPS tracking number and a link to follow the package in real time.
Missing your emails?
Email orders@patchfc.com with your order number and the name or email you used at checkout, and we will pull up your status and resend your tracking. We typically reply within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays).
