Returns & refunds

This is a starting template. Please review and adjust it to match how you actually handle returns before relying on it.

We want your kit to read right. If a patch is not what you expected, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.

What can be returned

Patches that have not been applied, are still in their original packaging, and show no signs of use are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

What cannot be returned

How to start a return

Email support@thebadgeroom.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the address to ship to. Please do not send items back before you hear from us, since that helps us process your refund correctly.

Who pays return shipping

If the return is because of our error, for example a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, since we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong patch, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thebadgeroom.com with a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
