Aftermarket and unofficial. Our patches are aftermarket reproductions sold for personal customization. The Badge Room is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by FIFA or any league, federation, or club. We do not claim to be official, and our products are not official merchandise.

Use of the site

You may use this site to browse and buy products for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content without permission. All text, images, and designs on this site belong to The Badge Room or are used with permission.

Pricing and availability

Prices and product availability can change without notice. We do our best to display accurate information, but errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we will contact you before processing and give you the choice to confirm or cancel.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We never store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved and you receive a confirmation email.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Badge Room is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, including any damage that results from improper application of a patch. Always follow the application instructions provided. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Badge Room operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
