Shipping
We ship from the USA via USPS. Every order is packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, so your patches are on their way fast.
Dispatch time
Orders are processed and handed to USPS within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed late in the day or over the weekend begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery windows
Once your order ships, most US deliveries arrive within a few business days, typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your location and the service selected. Express shipping moves faster. These are USPS estimates and can vary during peak periods.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $10.
- Standard: $6 flat rate on orders of $10 or less.
- Express: $10 for faster delivery, available at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a USPS tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder, then reach out and we will resend it.
International shipping
For now we ship within the United States. We can ship internationally by request on a case-by-case basis. If you are outside the US and want your patches, email us at support@thebadgeroom.com with your country and the items you want, and we will share options and a shipping quote.
